A great role suited to a teacher or graduate looking to gain regular and flexible work in a local secondary school. 

Teaching Personnel are working with a vibrant, oversubscribed secondary school who can offer between 1  5 days of supply work per week starting after Easter (no specific qualification required for graduates)

As a Cover Teacher, you will responsible for delivering pre-set work to classes across the age range in a variety of subjects whilst maintaining a well-managed classroom and positive learning environment.

Planning and marking will not be required as all of the relevant work will be pre-set by the absent teacher. We welcome applications from teachers and graduates of all subject specialisms.

You will have access to your own online availability diary and will be able to amend this daily.

Key Aspects of this Cover Teacher position:

  • Temporary flexible position offering 1-5 days per week
  • Starting after Easter - April 2021 on an ongoing basis
  • Delivering pre set lessons across the age range in the short term absence of teachers.
  • Access to an online availability to update daily availability.
  • Modern secondary school in Bury (BL8) with excellent facilities, easily accessible from surrounding areas. 
  • No specific qualification required - educated to degree level preferred and experience with children in a similar capacity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
