Cover Supervisors/ Unqualified Teachers

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work on a daily basis for both short and long term. This can provide flexibility to your new Cover Supervisor role as several partnered secondary schools in the Salisbury area are currently recruiting on a part-time/full-time basis. As a cover supervisor you will be required to ensure that the students are getting on with their work as you cover the absence of the secondary school's staff member.

When working as a sover supervisor, you can choose when and where to work, enabling you full flexibility of the full-time/ part-time cover supervisor role. As a cover supervisor this could support your future decision to move into teaching as it can be a platform to enhance your teaching skills and secondary education knowledge.

We are keen to hear from graduate calibre candidates or candidates with behavioural management experience with a keen interest in working within Secondary Schools.
