Teaching Personnel is the ideal agency for people who want to kick-start their career working with children. Whether you aspire to get into teaching or are looking to progress into other roles working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Cover Supervisor you will be going into schools to cover staff absence or provide extra provisions with pre-planned absence. You will have ideally be degree education however this is not essential, you will be required to cover a range of subjects which may not necessarily be your specialist subject area although all work we be pre-planned and you will be supported by the departments in which you are working.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering your own sessions from our ready-made scheme of work during school hours in Secondary Schools, developing the children with your passion, knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Acting as a role model to students who will look to you for guidance
- Building fantastic relationships with school staff
- Improving your practice through your ongoing training and development
