Graduate Cover Supervisors required at an 'Outstanding' secondary school in Stockport!

Teaching Personnel are currently on the look out for graduates who are considering a career in the education sector and don't know where to start or aspiring teachers who want to gain experience in an outstanding secondary school!

We are working in partnership with a large, mixed secondary school in Stockport who require a number of cover supervisors to join their support team at the earliest convenience. This is a short term, flexible position with both full and part time opportunities to suit your availability.

Responsibilities of a cover supervisor will include:

  • Day to day lesson cover at an Outstanding secondary school in Stockport
  • Deliver pre-set work to a class of pupils in the event of short term teacher absence
  • Covering a range of KS3 and KS4 lessons so some knowledge of the core subjects is desirable
  • Ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set

This outstanding secondary school requesting cover supervisors is one that is highly reputable, boasting good pupil behaviour and high attainment across all departments. The school offer fantastic support to incoming cover supervisors and are particularly supportive of graduates looking at going into teaching as it's also a provider of teaching training.

Our client secondary school in Stockport is a relatively large and so cover supervisors are a frequent request from the school. The school is located just south of central Manchester in Stockport, making it very accessible for those travelling by public transport from the neighbouring areas of Tameside and Trafford.
