Cover Supervisor role in Andover

I am currently looking for a full time Cover supervisor to work in an Andover Secondary School with good behaviour and excellent ambitions moving forward. Those with Youth work experience and teaching assistant experience will also be considered for this role!

This role would be suitable for a cover supervisor who is available immediately and experienced in the role. You would need to be able to travel to Andover and work between the hours of 8.30am - 3pm the normal school day.This is a temporary role from the 30th of April until mid June at this point

The role will be a mixed subject role with no speciality, you would not need specific subject knowledge of the class you are covering however you would need to be able to manage the classroom and behaviour in a way that was engaging and fun whilst also ensuring that all pupils are on task and preforming the task at hand.

There is a position available in the school for a role as a cover supervisor in a permanent position from September so this could be the perfect opportunity to put your hat in the ring for this.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
