The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of a classroom teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged. No planning or marking is required, but strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills are essential.
Requirements:

Confidence managing a secondary school classroom

Adaptability, reliability, and strong communication skills

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

A genuine interest in supporting young people and contributing to their education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
