Start: Immediate and September 2025
Daily & Full-Time Roles Available
Pay: £95 – £110 per day

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Liverpool. Positions are available for immediate starts and for those looking to secure work for September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with experience working with young people, recent graduates considering a career in education, or individuals with a subject specialism in areas such as Maths, English, Science, Humanities, and more.

Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
  • Provide feedback to the school regarding the lesson and pupil behaviour

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
  • Confidence in managing a classroom environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A subject specialism is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
