Cover Supervisor

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working alongside Secondary Schools in Southampton that require Cover Supervisors to join their schools on a full time and part time basis to cover lessons when planned and unplanned absences arise. We are looking for engaging and dynamic individuals that are able to adapt quickly to new settings and situations.

This is an ongoing flexible position starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year, however the schools have expressed there is an opportunity for permanent contracts in September for the right candidates.

The role will include:

  • Full time Cover Supervisor role, covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Excellent rates of pay, dependent on experience and responsibilities.
  • Working as a Cover Supervisor in large modern Secondary Schools in Southampton.
  • Further develop your CV and skill set through Teaching Personnel's CPD programme

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
