Cover Supervisor – Brent

The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, confident, and enthusiastic individual to fulfil the role of Cover Supervisor at a client school who work closely with Teaching Personnel.

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a secondary school environment and be able to demonstrate a high standard of classroom management to supervise classes across various subjects when the main class teacher is absent.

This is an ideal post for a recent graduate, a teacher looking for a role without preparation or marking or for an individual eager to gain valuable experience prior to a future career in teaching. Applicants will be outstanding classroom practitioners and strong communicators with the ability to manage change and motivate staff and students.

Teaching Personnel welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the highest standards of delivery to raise attainment and display a commitment to motivating young people.

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience working in Secondary Schools (Desirable)
  • Strong Behaviour control
  • Child Workforce DBS held on the update service (Teaching Personnel can help with this)
  • Availability on working days, from 8:30am to 3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
