Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors provide full class support to schools for absent Teachers. You will need to have excellent behaviour management and an ability to engage students to remain on task with their learning. Teaching Personnel have client Schools throughout Northumberland and are currently looking for Cover Supervisors in the Ashington, Morpeth and Amble areas.

Highlights of the Cover Supervisor role;

• Pay up to £85 per day
• Working in Secondary schools as a cover supervisor, behaviour Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
• Excellent introduction to education and teaching

If you have recent experience of working in an educational or youth setting we welcome your application. If you have recently graduated from university or currently considering a career in teaching Cover supervising is the perfect opportunity to gain first hand experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
