Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

Working on a part‑time or flexible basis, you will step into classrooms to ensure learning continues smoothly when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading pre‑planned lessons in a variety of subjects
  • Creating a calm, focused learning atmosphere
  • Encouraging students to stay engaged and on track
  • Supporting pupils’ general wellbeing and promoting the school’s values
  • Gaining hands‑on experience across the full 11–18 age range

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
