  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students with additional or special educational needs where required
  • Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult for learners

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (school, youth work, tutoring, mentoring etc.)
  • Confidence working independently in a classroom setting
  • Ability to support students with additional learning needs (SEN experience an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people and helping them succeed

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible work patterns - part-time and ad hoc supply options
  • Term-time only
  • Competitive daily rate (£95–£130)
  • 12.07% holiday pay
  • Be part of an Ofsted-rated “Good” Academy with excellent facilities and an ambitious, well-rounded curriculum
  • Ongoing professional development, training, and support from Teaching Personnel’s experienced consultants
  • A fantastic stepping stone into teacher training or other education careers
