Cover Supervisor

We are currently seeking confident, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals for Cover Supervisor positions across Wigan and the surrounding areas. With opportunities available in both primary and secondary schools, this is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience within the education sector while working alongside supportive staff in welcoming school environments.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for education and helping children and young people reach their potential.
  • Experience working or volunteering with children and young people.
  • Previous experience in a school, childcare, youth work or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Working towards or holding a degree in any subject is desirable for secondary school roles.
  • Confidence managing groups of pupils and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • The ability to travel to schools across Wigan and the surrounding areas.
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
