What You'll Do:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences
  • Lead classes and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Gain hands-on experience in a variety of school settings
  • Develop the key skills needed for a successful teaching career

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduates or those due to graduate this year
  • Individuals considering a PGCE, SCITT or teacher training
  • Confident, enthusiastic and adaptable people
  • Strong communicators with a passion for education
  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential

✅ Experience both primary and secondary schools
✅ Free Cover Supervisor training and ongoing CPD
