Graduate School Support – Cover Supervisor

£100 per day | Secondary Schools | Full Training Provided

Are you a graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a school before pursuing a career in teaching?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Graduate School Support Assistants who are interested in progressing into Cover Supervisor roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to build classroom experience, develop your confidence and gain the skills needed to lead lessons.

The role:

  • Support pupils with their learning and development
  • Work alongside teachers and school staff
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
  • Progress into Cover Supervisor work, leading lessons in the absence of the teacher

No previous school experience? No problem!

We provide full training and support to help graduates develop the skills and confidence required to work as a Cover Supervisor.

We’re looking for graduates who are:

  • Passionate about working with young people
  • Confident, reliable and approachable
  • Interested in pursuing a career in education
  • Able to communicate effectively with pupils
  • Keen to gain practical classroom experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
