Are you experienced in managing classrooms and supporting student learning? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking reliable, fully DBS-checked Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Kettering area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining classroom order and ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will be responsible for supervising students, following detailed lesson plans, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting the school’s safeguarding policies.
