We’re currently recruiting for a confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support secondary school students in Leicester. Whether you're considering a future in teaching or simply looking to gain experience in the classroom, this is the ideal opportunity to build your skills and inspire young minds.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the usual teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting pupils throughout the school day.
This is a fantastic stepping stone for graduates, future trainee teachers, or anyone passionate about working with young people.

Have experience working with young people – ideally in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or education

Can confidently manage classroom behaviour and engage students

Are adaptable and available on short notice

Bring reliability, resilience, and a passion for helping pupils thrive

Are enthusiastic about supporting learning in a structured school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
