Job description

Cover Supervisor – Durham Secondary School

ASAP start, ongoing position, pay dependent on experience and qualifications.

A Durham secondary school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. Working as part of an established team, you'll deliver pre set work for a variety of subjects while ensuring the continuation of education for all pupils. QTS is not required. This role is ideal for those looking to go into teaching by working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

You need:

  • Passion for secondary school pupil progress
  • Great classroom management skills
  • Experience working with secondary school aged children
  • Ideally a degree, but this is not essential
