Cover Supervisor – Daventry

Location: Daventry
Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 (FTE) depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time / Term-time only
Start Date: September 2025

We are looking to appoint a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated staff team in Daventry.

In this role, you will supervise lessons during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. It’s an ideal role for someone considering a future in teaching, or with experience working with young people in an educational setting.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent classroom management skills.

• Is confident leading groups of students aged 11–16.

• Is adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure.
