Cover Supervisor- Flexible Working- Secondary School- Coventry

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced cover supervisor to work on a flexible basis at one of our mainstream secondary schools based in Coventry (CV7.) This role offers a mix of flexibility and consistency, allowing you to have autonomy over the hours/days you work.

The school prides itself on it's strong teamwork ethic and collaboration. They are ideally seeking a strong cover supervisor who has the ability to manage classrooms effectively, even the most challenging of behaviours.

What is expected of you?

- To confidently deliver pre-set lessons to a range of year groups and subjects

- To manage classes behaviours effectively, calmly and confidently

- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

- Support children with their work, as best as you can

- Provide insightful feedback to main class teachers/other members of staff

- Follow schools policies and procedures and promote children's safety and wellbeing at all times

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
