Job Advert: Cover Supervisor – Secondary & Primary Schools

Location: Various Schools in Corby and Kettering
Contract Type: Day-to-Day or Long-Term Assignments
Salary: £90-£120 per day

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary and potentially primary schools. This flexible role involves supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students stay on task and follow school policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of their teacher.

• Ensure students complete assigned work and follow behaviour policies.

• Provide support and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Adhere to school guidelines and ensure student safety.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour.

• Organised, adaptable, and able to cover a variety of subjects and age groups.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
