We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working across a number of welcoming and well-regarded schools in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or experienced individuals looking to build a career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Support students with their learning needs

• Report back on student progress and behaviour

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in education or a relevant subject (Educator level degree)

• Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. youth work, teaching assistant)

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A confident and adaptable approach to different school environments

• A genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed

Preferred: Additional qualifications in education or child development
