Job role: Cover Supervisor 

Start date: ASAP

Location: Small Heath, B10 - Birmingham

 

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for experienced cover supervsiors to work across multiple schools within Small Heath, Birmingham. We currently have part time, full time and day to day roles available - perfect for candidates looking for flexible working around studies or family! 

 

All positions are Secondary School based, ideal locations with easy access to public transport and FREE on site parking! - All cover supervisors will have access to school laptops, landyards and pre set work within all classes. 

 

As a cover supervisor, you will be required to:

- Supervising classes of up to 30 stduents, across multiple different subjects.

- Delivering pre-set work set by the class teacher.

- Managing behaviour and supporting learning inside the classroom. 

 

Who were looking for:

- Be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.

- Expereince working with young people inside of a classroom enviroment.

- Confidence, calming presence and good comminucation.

- Degree in a specific subject or equivalent. 

- Able to manage conflict in line with schools policies and procedures.

- Have an understanding of safegaurding children and the ability to take neccessary steps when needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
