Cover Supervisor – Bradford (BD5)
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team, supporting secondary schools in the BD5 area of Bradford.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain focused and engaged
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience working within UK schools is essential
✅ Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
✅ A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
✅ Flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting young people’s education
