Temporary Lecturer of Counselling

June 2021 start, 8 weeks  duration

Eastbourne

GBP30-40 per hour

An FE College in Hastings is seeking a Counselling Lecturer for a temporary position to begin in June 2021 and continue for 8 weeks. The position will be to start as soon as possible on 8 June 2021, with the potential to continue on into a peramanent position for the right person. 

The timetable is Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:00 to 13:30, and you will be expected to  deliver and mark for the Level 2 counselling skills certificate.

Role expectations:

  • Planning and delivering L2 Counselling
  • A part time temporary workload of two mornings per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
  • You will have recognised teaching/lecturing qualifications.
  • Recent experience and understanding of teaching L2 counselling skils
  • You will be committed to supporting student progression and subject engagement.
  • You will have experience teaching within either a secondary or FE environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
