Job Title: Core Subjects Tutor - Qualified

Location:

Bedfordshire, Bedford

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• 1. Provide high-quality tutoring in core subjects to students.
• 2. Develop tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning styles.
• 3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
• 4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.

Required Qualifications:

• 1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• 2. Proven experience in tutoring core subjects to students of varying abilities.
• 3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring core subjects.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2. Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• 3. Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant subject area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
