Are you a qualified Secondary core subject teacher looking for work in the new academic year? Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with SEMH Secondary school's to aid their recruitment for a vacancy in the new academic year.

The role involves working with pupils aged 11-16 years old who display challenging behaviours and strong social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Most of the peoples are on long term placements from mainstream schools in the local area or other local authorities.

Due to the challanging behaviours; you will need to be Team-Teach Trained (if not before) for the role due to de-esclation needed to be done during physical intervention.

You'll be teaching the KS3-KS4 GCSE curriculum but the students will be working at a lower level to their age.

Pay ranges between 110-130 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
