Computer Science Teacher

Location: Wallasey, Merseyside
Start Date: January 2025

Salary: M and UPS Scale

Teaching Personnel is seeking a fully qualified and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Wallasey. This Ofsted-rated “Good” school is known for its supportive leadership, strong academic outcomes, and commitment to student development.

We are recruiting for both permanent and supply positions, offering flexibility to suit your career goals and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and assess in line with national curriculum standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to departmental development and whole-school initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in Computer Science or a closely related subject
  • Proven ability to engage and inspire students
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
