Computer Science Teacher – Secondary School – Bolton – September 2025 Start

We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Bolton that is seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will be teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that spark curiosity and develop students’ coding, computational thinking, and IT literacy. You will join a supportive department and contribute to curriculum development, extracurricular tech activities, and student progress.
Key Requirements:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Specialism in Computer Science or related subject

Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting (KS3–KS4)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to inspire, challenge and support learners of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
