Teaching Personnel is working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Cleveleys that is looking for a dedicated Classroom Teaching Assistant to join their Year 4 team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with pupils in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and general admin tasks
• Encourage pupil participation and support their academic progress
