Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool (FY1). This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers and build brighter futures.

 Your Role

As a Behaviour Buddy, you’ll:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Be a consistent, trusted adult for pupils who need structure and encouragement

• A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting SEN pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in education, youth work, or care (desirable but not essential)
