Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each student.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans and interventions for students.

‍‍‍ Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference in their lives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
