Chemistry Teacher Required - Lytham St Annes (FY8)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher looking for a new opportunity this October? We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming secondary school in Lytham St Annes, delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Plan, prepare and assess student work to support academic progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department.
- Monitor and report on student attainment and behaviour.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Specialism in Chemistry or a related Science subject.
- Experience teaching Chemistry within a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for inspiring young people and raising achievement.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
