About the role:

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for candidates to take on an exciting and rewarding new job role.

You would be working in a Bournemouth based school, which specialises in SEN for students which would struggle to function in a mainstream school. The school caters to students who have complex health and learning needs. Due to the intimate care demands of the job, regular staff would have the opportunity to take part in training provided by the school.

The role would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to operate in this line of work and has previous experience as a care worker.

The role would typically run from 8:30-3:30, Monday-Friday, term times only.

The Successful Candidate:

  • A background in care and support for people or students
  • Emotional resilience
  • Passionate about this line of work
  • Preferably have relevant qualifications and skills, but experience is very valued
  • Enthusiastic and willing to get involved
  • Wanting to learn new skills and not afraid to ask for help
