Care Assistants Needed in Ripon

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Workers for a Residential Care Unit in Ripon. If you are a support worker, or have previously supported children, students or vulnerable adults with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Autism and Challenging Behaviour, please get in touch with us.

We have found that people with this experience have been a huge success within our residential units and become high quality Teaching Assistants and Carers.  We are looking for people who are proactive and can work on their own initiative within a busy, ever-changing environment. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of SEN, in particular ASC.

No personal care will be required. Training on behaviour management techniques and ASC strategies can be provided on site for those wanting to gain more experience. This is an exciting opportunity for those wanting to grow their professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
