Salary: Dependent on experience
Contract: Full-Time (with a view to become permanent)

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 6–19 with a range of complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Working within a collaborative school environment, your primary focus will be on promoting independence, dignity, and high-quality care for students during the school day.
This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent, offering a rewarding opportunity to develop within a supportive and well-resourced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to students throughout the school day
- Assist with daily routines, including mobility, feeding, and communication
- Work closely with teaching and therapy staff to support learning and development
- Promote a safe, nurturing environment where all students can thrive
- Contribute to care planning and safeguarding procedures
About You:
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact
- Able to work as part of a team and follow care plans and routines
- Willing to undertake training and professional development
- Experience in a care or SEN setting is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
