Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment company, are seeking a Candidate Consultant for an immediate or summer start to work in our Newcastle office.
As a Candidate Consultant based in our contemporary, serviced offices on Grey Street, Newcastle, you will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on a temporary and permanent basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advertising open vacancies online, sourcing new teachers and support staff
- Contacting registered candidates regarding new vacancies/work
- Conducting pre-registration calls to asses suitability for work in schools
- Arranging interviews with candidates, obtaining reference details and documents
- Completing administrative tasks such as; document scanning, reference chasing
- Providing general recruitment support to a team of consultants
