Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join our vibrant city centre office, providing a high level of support to the permanent consultants working across the UK.

The PWR Team match talented educators with schools, recruiting for a variety of education staff on a permanent and fixed term basis, including; Trust Directors, qualified teachers, teaching assistants, graduates and aspiring teachers, school officed based staff. Teaching Personnel are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Candidate Consultant to be part of our Permanent Workforce Team, to work in conjunction with our supply teams and Business Development team. 


Who We Are: The PWR Team

Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a team of six full time permanent recruitment consultants working with primary, secondary, SEND and FE provisions across the UK. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career - after all, we've all been there! The Role
As a Candidate Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you are the essential link between our educators (candidates) and clients, ensuring we can meet their permanent staffing needs. You are not required to have experience in this career previously, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering the UK both at school and Trust level and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.

Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:

  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be organised and able to manage a pipeline of candidates who will go on to work for the PWR team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
