Calling all Teaching Assistants in Uxbrigde, Hayes & Ruislip

Teaching Personnel are seeking a teaching assistant to join their outstanding schools in the Hillingdon, Hayes, Uxbridge and Hounslow schools. The schools are located in the heart of each borough and thus, have excellent transport links.

The role itself would enable you to progress your career through hands on experience in the classroom. Through supporting the teacher to ensure the children are able to receive the help they need in order to progress and make a real difference to their learning experience.

The qualities that we are looking for:

• Recent Teaching Assistant experience within a school
• Confident teaching KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Reliable, passionate and personable
• Conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
• A good command of the English language - written and oral
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students

The successful candidate would require a minimum NVQ Level 3 supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified.
