At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit a Business Teacher for one of our secondary schools in Wakefield.

ECTs and Fully Qualified teachers with some experience teaching in the UK and a DBS on the update service, are welcome to apply.

Role Overview: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality education to secondary school students. This position offers the chance to engage and inspire students by bringing theoretical business concepts to life through innovative teaching practices and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling and comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and cater to a range of learning styles.
- Engage students in the fundamentals of business, including economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management.
- Use a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide targeted feedback to promote learning and improvement.
- Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and supports individual and collaborative learning.
- Participate in and contribute to the school's business-related extracurricular activities, such as enterprise clubs or business competitions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
