Work under the leadership of a 'motivational' and 'committed' Head teacher
A Primary School in the Burnley have approached Teaching Personnel in order to shortlist and appoint a committed and hard working primary practitioner who has experience within Key Stage 1.
The role is to commence as soon as the School have found a suitable candidate and will continue until at least until the end of the academic year. There is also the possibility that the Head Teacher in school will be keen to appoint new members of staff in the next academic year.
The location of the School is in a fairly socially deprived location with a high amount of children on the Pupil Premium register. It is therefore important that the applying candidates have recent education knowledge and a range of behaviour management strategies which will be implemented in the Classroom.
The school require the applying candidates to hold Qualified Teacher Status and must have recent experience working in Key Stage 1. Due to the nature of the Year 1 Class, the applicant must have good differentiation techniques suiting the needs of all abilities within the class.
You must be able to uphold the Catholic Ethos in school as the Head teacher is keen to work in line with the Christian faith. The school does fall under the Salford Diocese and so they are also regularly inspected by SIAMS.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
