Teaching Personnel are working alongside our partner academy trust who are seeking a teacher of the deaf for their newest school in the NG16 area.
The academy is rapidly growing to be on of the largest in Nottingham and has a brilliant Executive Headteacher who is forever a presence across all of the academies and has a strong supportive team across all schools.
The school are looking for a passionate primary qualified teacher who holds level 3 BSL (British sign language)
The special school caters for the needs of severely & profound deaf pupils for whom BSL is their primary means of communication.
The school is a mainstream school but follows a sign bilingual approach, which aims to develop the pupils skills and abilities.
