*A number of Primary Schools recruiting Teaching Assistants in Bournemouth*

*Full time or part work available*

*Permanent positions available for the right member of staff*

*Term time work only - 8:30am to 15:30pm Monday to Friday*

We are currently looking for a number of staff to work in our primary schools based in Bournemouth. You must have some experience working with children and have a 'can do' attitude.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with kids in either

  • an Education Setting
  • care work/home
  • sports coaching
  • counselling
  • nanny work/ babysitting
  • Summer camps
  • volunteering abroad with children

Responsibilities of A Primary Teaching Assistant:

  • Working alongside the class teacher to ensure pupils are focusing and on-track during lessons
  • Leading 1:1 and intervention group sessions with pupils who are both under-achieving and high-achieving
  • Act as a positive role model school wide and provide support in other year groups when necessary
  • Providing general support in marking/setting homework, creating displays and preparing lesson resources.
