Behavioural Support Mentor – Derbyshire
Daily Rate: £90 – £110
Start Date: September 2025
We are looking for a caring, patient, and resilient Behavioural Support Mentor to work with secondary school pupils across Derbyshire. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and helping them reach their full potential.

Who We’re Looking For:
-
Experience working with children or young people (youth work, mentoring, SEN, or school-based experience desirable)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills
-
Resilience, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships
-
A proactive and supportive approach to student learning
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
