Specific job duties-

  • To promote positive behaviour across all year groups
  • To be the assigned 'key-worker' for identified pupils
  • To challenge any disengaged behaviour through the positive behaviour management strategies

The role-

Due to additional funding being allocated to the pastoral department, our partner school wish to add a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to their team.
