Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Are you a strong Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference?
Do you have experience working on a 1:1 basis? Would you like to progress in your career and able to commit to a long-term role?
We are looking for a strong Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant who has experience with Challenging Behaviour. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children or with autism. You'll be working with pupils across KS1 & KS2 working both on 1-1 basis and in small groups. The teaching assistant must be patient, understanding and have a keen interest for progression. The School is located in Northamptonshire currently cater for over 60 pupils with Complex Needs and ASD. Pupils are aged between 5-18 with all students with an EHC plan.
