Our client school is a large mixed school in Rochdale, a short distance from Rochdale infirmary and close to major transport links from the city centre, including Rochdale railway station and Rochdale interchange. "We are currently seeking specialist behaviour support workers to join our department in the upcoming year. There are currently a number of pupils in the school, who came very close to being permanently excluded from the school, and require additional support in the upcoming year. This position would involve working with students on a 1 to 1 basis and encouraging them to contribute more in class and address their behaviour issues in a calm and understanding manner." - SENCO
