Job description

We have a position in Salford in a Pupil Referel unit coming up just before October half term. You will be involved in assessing the children and supporting with them with the help of the class teacher. The children in the unit typically attend the unit for 2-3 terms.

They would candidates to have experiences such as Team Teach qualifications, safe guarding, and there are opportunities for further development with CACHE Level 2 Teaching assistant certifications within the school or outside.

The children within the provision display extremely challanging behaviours and those with social and emotional mental health.

To be considered for this role, you must express the following skill set:
*Experience in a UK primary school (KS1 and KS2)
*Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
*Be Flexibly, patient and tolerant in different environments
*Excellent communication skills with children

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
