Behaviour Support LSA (CF23)

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is experienced in working with children with challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team in large Green A1 primary school with extensive and modern facilities based in the CF23 area of Cardiff.

The role will be working with a Y4 pupil in Key Stage 2 who has challenging behaviour and needs full time 1:1 support

The role will involve:

  • Working alongside teachers and parents.
  • Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis who has behavioural and attendance issues
  • Using your own initiative
  • First-hand experience supporting SEN - Personal or within a class room environment
  • Must be confident in handling behaviour - Firm but fair
  • You must be a creative and caring individual that is willing to go above and beyond for the pupils
