Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a primary school in the Miles Platting area of Manchester (M40) is looking to recruit a proactive Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with challenging behaviour.

The role is to working in this larger than average primary schools KS2 department with a handful of children who need 1:1 support to help manage and maintain their behaviour. The successful candidate will mainly be based in Year 4 but will be expected to work with children across the school where necessary. This 3 form entry primary school shows 'GOOD' levels progression and needs an experienced Teaching Assistant to support in an energetic year 4 classes.

This KS2 role will start at the beginning of ASAP and will run for the remainder of the academic year.

The school is looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a KS2 environment
  • Is able to work closely with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Has experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Team Teach trained

This KS2 TA position is to work in a "GOOD" school Miles Platting (M40) and would be the perfect opportunity for the right person to develop their skills in larger than average, supportive primary school! The role will start at the beginning of the academic year and will be on going.
